MASTER TECHNICIAN
Basic Salary: Up to £38,750
OTE: Up to £45,500
Location: Coventry

Responsibilities of a Master Technician
Support the workshop and the service team.
Diagnose highly complex faults
Show in depth mechanic knowledge & ability to resolve issues on the go
Maintain high levels of workmanship & complete all work efficiently
Carry out service, maintenance & inspection
Work on complex repairs and diagnostic repairs as well as helping your team when required.

Skills and Qualifications of a Master Technician
MUST HOLD NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Ideally Level 3 EV/Hybrid Qualifications (Not Essential)
Previous experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician or Master Technician Required.
Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
Franchised dealership / large independent experience.
MUST HOLD Full clean UK Driving Licence.
