About the role:

A privately‑owned Legionella / Water Hygiene outfit, rapidly expanding, is looking for a dedicated and hands‑on Legionella Remedial Plumber. The successful candidate will be based in the Midlands, with willingness to travel further afield as required. Candidates must bring a diverse range of experience within the industry, working independently on reactive and PPM tasks, and enjoy the opportunity for progression and training.

• Undertake a wide range of PPM and call‑out remedial plumbing duties
• Service and replace TMV units
• Remove deadlegs
• Service and install vented and unvented water cylinders
• Inspect and install calorifiers
• Refurbish and replace CWST units
• Decommission existing systems
• Identify faults and recommend rectification
• Maintain accurate records of completed work
• Represent the company professionally
• Set deadlines and personal targets

• Extensive experience as a Legionella Remedial Plumber
• Minimum NVQ Level 1 and Level 2 in Plumbing
• Desirable: NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and G3 Unvented ticket
• Full knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Adaptable to changing travel needs
