Up to £43,000 per annum OTE: £60,000 (with door-to-door pay, overtime, and on-call bonuses) The Opportunity TSM Technical is working on behalf of a well-established service partner in the door systems industry. We're looking for a Service Engineer to cover the Midlands , supporting a growing client base across commercial, retail, and industrial sectors. This is a varied and rewarding role focused on the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of automatic and industrial doors.

Key Responsibilities Service, repair, and install:
Automatic sliding, swing, folding, and revolving doors. Industrial shutters, roller doors, and sectional doors Diagnose faults and recommend cost-effective solutions Respond to emergency call-outs and breakdowns Complete all job reporting using a company-issued iPad Follow health & safety procedures and wear full PPE Deliver high standards of customer service while on site Participate in the on-call rota (approx. 1 in 5/6 weeks) What Youll Need Essential:
Minimum 2 years experience with automatic doors EN16005 or BS7036 qualification Full UK driving licence CSCS card Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Comfortable with digital reporting (iPad/tablet use) Desirable:

Experience with industrial doors IPAF, PASMA, or DHF accreditation Package & Benefits Basic Salary:
