Painter​/Decorator

Birmingham/Warwickshire- based Capital/Planned Works team is looking for a skilled Painter/Decorator to join us, transforming bathrooms and kitchens for our social housing clients, working mostly in Warwickshire.

• Competitive basic salary of £32,103 for a 39 hour working week

• Painting and Decorating – undertaking responsive stain blocking and decorating to properties
• Customer focused – Enjoy working in domestic environments, engaging with residents and collaborating with your team to organise your own work.
• Problem solving – Apply fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues effectively.

• You will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating, ideally with experience in domestic or social housing environments, desirable, but not essential.
• With a genuine passion for improving people’s homes, you bring strong customer service skills and enjoy working with others.
• You will require your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence.
