This is a foot mobile role carrying out a range of water hygiene, water treatment, and minor plumbing duties across a prestigious residential portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong background in water treatment and Legionella control, ideally with plumbing experience and a good understanding of domestic water systems. Monday to Thursday 07:30 am 17:00 pm Friday 07:30 am 16:00 pm Key
Duties & Responsibilities:
Carry out domestic and closed-system water sampling across multiple residential sites. Complete cooling tower and BCW tank cleaning and disinfection works. Undertake remedial works following water sampling results where required. Carry out Legionella control tasks in line with current legislation and guidance. Disinfect mains water pipework and hot and cold-water systems. Carry out chemical dosing and water treatment activities. Conduct surveys and inspections of hot and cold-water systems.
Perform basic plumbing repairs including pipework repairs and leak rectification. Carry out dead-leg removals and minor system modifications. Complete temperature monitoring and compliance checks. Maintain accurate service reports and compliance documentation. Liaise with site management and residents in a professional manner. Assist with general building maintenance duties when required. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.

Salary:

City & Guilds Plumbing Qualification City & Guilds Water Treatment Qualification City & Guilds Legionella Control within Hot & Cold Water Systems Proven experience carrying out water treatment and water hygiene duties Strong understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG
