Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Trainee Plant Fitter to join a Reading-based team. The role offers a clear training pathway with an NVQ Level 3 in Plant Machinery/Vehicle Mechanics and future progression into senior engineering roles.
You will work 8-5, Monday to Friday, with overtime and ongoing training. The package includes a company van, a fuel card, and door-to-door support as you develop hands-on skills.
