We're looking for a Plumbing Operative who will support installation, maintenance, and repair tasks across various sites, working safely and efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across plumbing and water installations, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Maintain and repair hot and cold water systems, pipework, TMVs, calorifiers, pumps, sanitary ware, drainage, and complete small installation works
• Support wider building services activities including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and basic fabric tasks
• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety standards at all times
• Maintain tools, equipment, and working areas in good condition

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, or equivalent recognised qualification
• Experience with in facilities management, commercial, or building services environments
• Strong plumbing fault-finding and repair skills
• Good understanding of water hygiene, Health & Safety, and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-skilled team
• Full UK driving licence
• G3 Unvented Hot Water System qualification
