City Facilities Management (UK) Ltd is seeking an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor for our North Yorkshire site. You will oversee electrical safety, enforce City FM procedures, and coordinate minor works certification and emergency lighting.
You will calibrate test equipment yearly, maintain records, ensure compliance with Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 and BS 7671, and complete handover assessments on new build projects and refurbishments.
