Nbn Co in Newcastle is hiring a Customer Field Technician to work hands-on in homes and small businesses. You’ll install, repair, and maintain cabling and customer equipment, while helping customers stay informed and confident throughout the process.
Working hours roughly 7am–7pm with training provided, full tools supplied, and a strong emphasis on safety and clear communication. Previous telecom experience isn’t required; a driver’s licence and the ability to work independently are essential.
