A well-known name within the Legionella / Water Hygiene industry is recruiting for a reliable Legionella Remedial Plumber in the Midlands region. The ideal candidate will have robust technical experience of repairing existing systems and installing new components (including: tanks, TMVs and cylinders). It is essential that you are confident in diagnosing faults whilst on site, in order to make appropriate recommendations for prospective works.

Experience /

Qualifications:

* Track record working as a Plumber within a Legionella / Water Hygiene industry

* It is essential to be qualified with the NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing as a minimum

* It would be advantageous to hold the G3 Unvented ticket

* Conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines

* Able to prioritise own workload

* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

The Role:

* Inspecting existing domestic hot and cold water systems to identify required remedial works

* TMV maintenance and replacements

* Removing deadlegs

* Installing cold water storage tanks and associated pipework

* Fitting POU heaters

* Pipework modifications

* Outlet replacements / fitting

* Installing expansion vessels

* Attending call-outs when needed

* Producing regular service reports
