Founded in 2018 by Tim Cook, Ronax Solutions was born from 20 years of industry experience watching homeowners struggle to coordinate multiple trades, chase contractors, and deal with inconsistent quality. We handle everything: heating, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, renewable energy
-managing every detail and working only with carefully selected professionals who share our commitment to exceptional standards.

As an Apprentice Bricklayer at Ronax Solutions, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople to learn the skills and knowledge required to become a qualified bricklayer. You will gain hands‑on experience across a variety of construction projects, learning traditional and modern building techniques while working towards your apprenticeship qualification.

What an average day/week may look like:

• Assisting experienced bricklayers with preparing materials, mixing mortar, setting out work areas and maintaining a safe and tidy site
• Learning how to lay bricks, blocks and other materials to a high standard, including building walls, extensions and structural elements
• Measuring, cutting and preparing materials accurately while developing an understanding of drawings, specifications and building regulations
• Working as part of a team across different projects, gaining experience in new builds, renovations and energy‑efficient improvements
• Attending college as part of your apprenticeship training and applying your learning practically on site
• Developing skills in health and safety, quality workmanship, problem‑solving and professional customer service
