As a Site Engineer
, you’ll ensure the reliability, maintainability, and safety of site equipment and infrastructure. You’ll take ownership of both planned and reactive maintenance, project support, and flexible response to equipment issues across multiple sites, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with health and safety standards. Your work will directly impact the performance, safety, and availability of the organisation’s facilities and equipment.
- Electrical qualification with mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical/engineering experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with maintenance, project support, and contractor coordination
- Flexible, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work
- Excellent communication and ability to work independently and as part of a team

This role is based in Coventry with onsite expectations
