Electrician

With Monday to Friday working hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm, a fully equipped van and a generous benefits package, youll have everything you need to get on with the job.  to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrician , Electrical Tester or Electrical Maintenance Engineer within social housing or domestic properties. As an Electrician, you will be:
Carrying out responsive electrical repairs and maintenance Completing EICRs, inspections, testing and remedial upgrades Installing, servicing and maintaining domestic electrical systems Completing the appropriate electrical certificates and condition reports Working towards a first-time fix wherever possible Providing a professional service within occupied social housing properties  to speak to anyone who has: NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification, including the appropriate practical competency/AM2 City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points and no recent driving bans The ability to pass a Basic DBS check Testing & Inspection qualifications such as 2391 would be advantageous Previous experience completing electrical repairs and maintenance within domestic or social housing properties The Electrician role is offering the following benefits:

There is also an on-call rota approximately once every six weeks, paying around £105 for the week plus approximately £55 per call-out. Location & travel

Travel between social housing properties is required, with a company van and fuel card provided for work purposes.
