You will perform reactive repairs, planned preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and installation works to keep plumbing, heating, ventilation and related systems safe, reliable and compliant.
You will lead on complex faults across campus buildings, halls of residence, and regional sites, supervise apprentices, and help coordinate Building Management System
