The role involves carrying out routine maintenance on building services and mechanical systems, interpreting drawings and specifications, and assisting in surveys, estimation and coordination of works.
Applicants will be involved in planned preventative maintenance, basic electrical safe-connection tasks when needed, and ensuring compliance with health and safety
