Job Description:
- Prepare and review various monthly and quarterly complex journal entries
- Manage the monthly accounting close process
- Provide month-end closing support for all general ledger activity
- Prepare ad-hoc requests for leadership
- Manage a small team of AP/AR support, Staff Accountant, and Senior Accountant, including establishment of goals and development of performance reviews
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite applications
- Experience with large ERP or similar financial systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to design and produce various ad- hoc reports and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and a minimum of 7 years' relevant experience
