About the Role

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing day‑to‑day accounting operations, job cost analysis, and financial reporting. This position works closely with leadership to ensure accurate financials and strong cost controls across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting functions
• Manage and analyze job cost accounting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Improve processes and internal controls

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred
• Job cost accounting experience required
• Public accounting background is a plus
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution‑driven mindset
