Job Overview

Domino's Pizza is hiring customer service representatives. This position can be part-time or full-time with flexible schedules that accommodate personal commitments.

$20.00 per hour.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be available to work weekends and holidays, including blackout days and event days.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give written instructions correctly.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination for rapid, accurate, precise movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash or performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
• Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing – Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
• Walking – For short distances and short durations; surfaces include ceramic tile or linoleum; height of work surfaces between 36" and 48".
• Sitting – Paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
• Lifting – Deliveries up to 50 pounds with dimensions up to 3' × 1.5'; cases usually lifted from floor and stacked up to 72".
• Carrying – Large cans (~3 lb 7 oz) carried to storage shelves; pizza sauce up to 30 lb carried from storage to front of store; trays of pizza dough (~12 lb) carried three at a time over short distances.
• Pushing – Trays on dollies (~24"–30") require up to 7.5 lb force to push; trays may also be pulled.
• Climbing – Occasionally navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance.
• Stooping/Bending – Forward bending at waist necessary at assembly station and front counter; duration ~30–45 seconds at a time.
• Crouching/Squatting – Occasionally performed to stock shelves or clean low areas.
• Reaching – Continuous reaching up, down, and forward; occasionally above 72"; reach down for pouring cornmeal or washing dishes; reach forward for ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.
• Hand Tasks – Eye‑hand coordination essential; frequent use of one or both hands; shaping dough requires forearm and wrist force; manipulating pizza peel and rolling cutter; pinching in cardboard box assembly; grasping cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, pizza boxes.

• Team members may use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.
