BAS​/HVAC Controls Programmer

Salary: $110,000 – $135,000 per year

We are a prominent contractor in the Western United States that specializes in building automation for both new construction and retrofit projects. As a Controls Programmer on our team, you will be responsible for leading the programming and graphics development on a wide range of projects.

• 4+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experience
• Strong BAS/BMS programming experience
• Experience with one or more of the following BAS platforms: JCI Metasys, Delta, Distech, Schneider Electric Ecostruxure, Trane, Automated Logic, or other
• Tridium Niagara N4 programming and/or certification

• GUI experience with hardware to support Lon Works, BACnet, and Modbus
• Direct Digital Control (DDC) experience
• Lon Works, BACnet, Modbus
