Intake Coordinator, Home Health

The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $25-$30 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job‑related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

• Takes and prepares components of intake referrals
• Assists Intake Team with phone coverage and coordination of day‑to‑day activities
• Verifies insurance coverage of services
• Provides clinical billing and collections with information regarding insurance coverage
• Tracks authorization versus utilization and secures authorization or visits
• Perform data entry functions for services-related charges
