Wood Assembler

Express Employment of Covina, CA is seeking a Furniture Framer for our client in Covina, CA.

Salary: $21/hour

Shift: Mon‑Fri 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Location: Covina, CA

• Build durable wooden frames for couches, sofas, and sectionals.
• Operate carpentry machinery such as saws, routers, drills, nail guns, and other industrial woodworking equipment.
• Read and follow production drawings, cut lists, and build specifications.
• Cut, measure, and assemble wood components with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure all frames meet structural strength, alignment, and quality standards.
• Identify and correct defects in materials or assembly during production.
• Work closely with upholstery and production teams to ensure proper fit and workflow.

• Previous experience in furniture assembly, woodworking, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
