We are currently seeking two compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs/LPNs) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) assignment with Elwyn Residential Care in Covina, California.

Opening #1

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Opening #2

• Wednesday – Sunday
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract assignment

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes to the care team
• Assist with care planning and resident assessments
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
• Support residents with a compassionate, patient-centered approach

• Active California LVN/LPN License
• Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Current BLS certification preferred
