** Your Role:
** As the Director of Nursing, you will ensure the delivery of top-quality care while leading a dedicated nursing team. * Key Responsibilities:

* Lead recruitment, training, and retention efforts to build a high-performing, engaged nursing team.

* What We’re Looking For:

* Experience:

** Minimum five years of professional nursing experience in long-term care and three years in nursing administration or leadership roles. DON experience preferred.
* *
* Education:

** BSN required; RAC-CT certification preferred.
* ** Licensure:
** Current RN license in California.
* *
* Skills:

** Strong leadership, business acumen, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in budget management, data analysis, and operational strategy.
