We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a 13-week contract assignment in Covina, California. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced LTC nurses looking for a flexible weekend schedule while providing high-quality care to residents in a residential care setting.

Shift: Night (NOC)
Hours:
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor resident health status and report changes to appropriate clinical staff.
Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.
Promote a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for residents.
QualificationsActive LPN/LVN license in the State of California.
Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Current BLS certification preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices
Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
Current BLS card
Successful completion of screening tests for the clinical specialty area(s) in which the LPN practices with a score of 80% or greater
Successful completion of Background Screening Process
