We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills to work at Domino's Pizza. Positions are part or full time, with schedules flexible to accommodate school or other commitments.

$20.00 per hour

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays, including blackout days and event days.

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Perform call and in‑person order processing and customer service.

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and provide written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.

• Perform basic math accurately and quickly using a calculator if needed.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination for rapid accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying weather when removing trash and performing outdoor tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging 36°F to 90°F+ depending on area.
• Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing
  :
  Most tasks performed from a standing position.
• Walking
  :
  Surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum; work surfaces 36"–48". Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting
  :
  Bulk deliveries up to 50 lbs and 3'×1.5'. Cases lifted from floor and stacked up to 72".
• Carrying
  :
  Various items such as cans, sauce, dough trays up to 12 lbs.
• Pushing / Pulling
  :
  Trays on dollies up to 7.5 lbs force.
• Climbing
  :
  Infrequent stairs or ladders for maintenance.
• Forward Bending
  :
  Required at pizza assembly station and front counter.
• Crouching / Squatting
  :
  Occasionally for stocking and cleaning.
• Reaching
  :
  Up, down and forward; above 72" sometimes.
• Hand Tasks
  :
  Continuous eye‑hand coordination, forearm and wrist use during dough shaping, handling cutting tools.
• Machines / Tools
  :
  Use of pencils, computers, phones, calculators, pizza cutter.
