• Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service.
• Assist customers with seafood selections.
• Set up, maintain, and clean seafood display cases.
• Clean, fill, and rotate seafood displays.
• Under direct supervision of the Meat Manager.
• Lift 50 lbs., bend, stand, and stoop for prolonged periods.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety requirements, including maintaining a Food Handler Card or equivalent certification.

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 45 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 lbs.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
• Retail Management Certificate.

Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to preparation, handling, and serving food.
