What You’ll Do- Sell Auto, Home, Renters, and Life insurance through Allstate
- Work inbound leads and live transfers—no door knocking
- Build real relationships, not one-off transactions
- Hit goals, earn commissions, and grow your income
- Represent a respected brand with integrity and professionalism
- Licensed insurance producers (or willing to get licensed quickly)
- Strong communicators who can build trust fast
- Competitive, coachable, and goal-driven
- Sales experience preferred (insurance, finance, automotive, telecom, etc.)
- Someone who wants to be part of a winning team, not just clock in
