Part-Time Flyer Distributor

Fiesta Auto Insurance is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Part-Time Flyer Distributor to support local marketing and community outreach efforts. The Flyer Distributor promotes Fiesta Auto Insurance by distributing approved flyers, coupons, and other promotional materials; engaging professionally with members of the public; and identifying and documenting potential sales leads in accordance with company procedures.

Essential Duties

• Distribute company-approved flyers, coupons, and promotional materials at assigned public locations, businesses, residences, vehicles where permitted, and company-sponsored events.
• Interact courteously and professionally with members of the public and provide basic information about Fiesta Auto Insurance products and services.
• Collect and accurately submit contact information for prospective customers who voluntarily express interest in Fiesta Auto Insurance, consistent with company procedures and applicable privacy requirements.
• Maintain working knowledge of the promotional materials and refer questions outside the scope of the role to an appropriate Fiesta representative.
• Follow all company policies, assigned routes or locations, safety procedures, and applicable laws and property rules.
• Attend and assist with company-sponsored marketing events as assigned.
• Report to scheduled shifts on time and communicate promptly regarding attendance issues.

Qualifications and Work Conditions

• No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions, including warm temperatures.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with the public.
• Dependability, punctuality, and willingness to follow directions and company procedures.
• Availability to work part-time hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or company-sponsored events, as business needs require.
