BAS​/HVAC Systems Software Engineer II

We are a prominent contractor in the Western United States that specializes in building automation for both new construction and retrofit projects. We offer comprehensive, integrated solutions, including engineering applications, automated control systems, design assistance, sustainable maintenance, and retro‑commissioning services.

As a Systems Software Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for leading the programming, graphics development, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) on a wide range of projects. This hands‑on role involves everything from creating custom databases and troubleshooting networks to field coordination, documentation, and end‑user training.

• 2+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experience
• HVAC controls engineering and/or programming experience
• Familiarity with one or more of the following BAS systems:
  Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, Daikin, or other

• Tridium Niagara experience and/or certification
• GUI experience with hardware to support Lon Works, BACnet, and Modbus
• DDC Controls experience
• Automated Logic or Distech experience

$90,000 - $135,000 per year
