Job DescriptionThe North America TIB Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring optimal service levels and seamless coordination with the TIB across the Global Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to develop strategies, identify risks of shortages and excess inventory, and optimize supply allocation among regions.
- Work with personnel to identify and address problem areas affecting customer service, capacity, forecast, inventory levels, and more, taking direct and indirect action as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date TIB information in appropriate systems, covering the entire end-to-end supply chain from demand planning to outbound shipment to internal or external customers.
- Develop, quantify, and evaluate the transformation of internal and external information into business intelligence to support strategic objectives and drive operational excellence.
- Manage data and technology, including data acquisition, mining, analysis, data integrity management, metrics management, and reporting.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of business metrics, analytical techniques/tools, and their application in effective sales data management and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Power
BI, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - A collaborative team player capable of influencing without authority.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive "can‑do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously, on time, and with minimal oversight.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
