This is for a college student internship
Job Description- The Intern Role will primarily be responsible for supporting the Integrated Business Planning Process (IBP).
- This individual will be required to work with demand and supply processes for the business unit.
- This position will support Supply Chain activities across the global business unit to optimize inventory, minimize cost, and deliver customer service goals. In support of the IBP Process, this role works with large sets of data and requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- The Intern Role will have strong technical skills and deliver reporting analytics and standardized reporting processes to identify exceptions and drive actions.
- Manage, maintain, and create IBP related reporting in support of the Global Demand Review Process, Global Supply Review, Integration Reconciliation, Management Business Review, and S&OE
- Collaborate with Regional Teams in support of IBP Process
- Drive key KPI improvement activities (increasing inventory turns, while reducing excess and obsolescence) while improving customer service levels
- Assist in the standardization of reporting and processes leveraging technical skills and expertise to enhance analytics in support of IBP
- Execute business analyses with findings and recommendations in support of IBP, Product Categories - such as input for SKU rationalization and other lifecycle management initiatives
- Assist in the standardization of reporting and processes leveraging technical skills and expertise
- Support Key Projects as required
- Ensure personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
- Key Project Management to deliver inventory and service commitments
- Active enrollment in a bachelor's college level program
