Job Description

The Tariff Program Analyst will provide oversight and execution of tariff mitigation and Temporary Import Bond (TIB) programs across North America. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance, cost avoidance, and operational efficiency by monitoring end-to-end data points within Global Trade, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams. The analyst will coordinate transformational projects—such as process automation, data governance improvements, and technology integrations—to align with enterprise goals and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, implement, and maintain end-to-end monitoring of all tariff activities, including TIB, FSFE, and duty draw back.
  • Support compliance, cost avoidance, and operational efficiency by monitoring end-to-end data points within Global Trade, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Help develop visibility needed to adjust long‑term tariff goals that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and cost‑saving targets.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing transformational projects, such as process automation, data governance improvements, and technology integrations.
  • Ensure all initiatives align with enterprise goals and regulatory frameworks.
  • Navigate changing tariff landscapes, provide visibility to mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity and cost optimization.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor end‑to‑end visibility on tariff compliance metrics and operational performance.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support continuous improvement and help ensure initiatives deliver measurable value and sustainable results.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, listening, and presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven record of strong teaming skills.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively engage with multiple levels of management and cross‑functional organizations (Supply Chain, DC Operations, Manufacturing, Global Trade, Regulatory, Finance, Quality, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Detail‑oriented individual with a strong ability to multi‑task.
  • Demonstrated ability to be effective in a dynamic and energetic matrix organization with continuously changing program constraints.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of Supply Chain, analytics, and/or Global Trade experience.
  • Experienced with ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP).
Physical Demands

Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use sight, and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment. Frequent verbal communication with other associates. Occasional reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.

Work Environment

Open‑cubicle environment. Must work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
