We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. This role is crucial in preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project plans, and ensuring that bids are competitive and submitted on time. If you have a strong understanding of commercial construction processes, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for precision, we want to hear from you!

• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and bid invitations.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Solicit and analyze multiple bids from subcontractors based on trade needs.
• Handle all bidding, proposals, and negotiations to secure profitable projects.
• Develop and maintain a cost database for future estimating purposes.
• Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely pricing.
• Participate in bid meetings and site visits as required.
• Support project teams to ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule.
• Provide technical expertise and insights to enhance estimating accuracy.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Construction Estimating Software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
