Job Description
- Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from planning through completion
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
- Work closely with owners, architects, and field teams to ensure timely and safe delivery
- Track project progress, change orders, and cost reporting
- Visit active job sites as needed; limited overnight travel (approx. 2-3 days per month) may be required

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager on ground-up commercial construction projects
- Experience with PEMB, structural steel, and/or concrete construction strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to surrounding states for site visits
- Must be within a commutable distance to Covington, GA
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Base salary range of $110,000 - $125,000, with flexibility for highly experienced candidates
- Company truck and fuel card provided
- Stable workload with active and upcoming projects
