Piedmont Healthcare - - Responsibilities:
Serve as front-line support for Patient Financial Care within Piedmont.;
Handle and resolve in-person, telephonic or digital customer inquiries and/or concerns with a seamless experience.;
Follow up on and collect pre-service, at-service or outstanding guarantor balances when required.;
Provide information on estimated cost of services, verify coverage, secure authorization, make appointments, and explain insurance benefits and information on financial resources to patients/guarantors.
