Position: Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Benefits Package

Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time

Salary: $104,000 - $114,400 per year (annualized base salary + incentive earnings, based on full time schedule)

Location‑Specific Offers:

Responsibilities
  • Partner in developing patient care plans alongside the dentist using the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines
  • Manage your schedule to provide comprehensive patient care and education
  • Expand your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development
  • Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
  • Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
