We are looking for a dedicated Treatment Coordinator who loves helping patients move forward with care through confident communication, strong organization, and consistent follow-up. This is a key role in our practice-you will bridge the gap between clinical diagnosis and treatment delivery, ensuring our patients understand their care plans, navigate financing comfortably, and confidently schedule their appointments.

Position Overview
  • Position Title: Treatment Coordinator

  • Employment Category: Full-Time

  • Schedule:

    • Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Compensation: $24.00 – $28.00 / hour (Hourly Pay Type)

  • Benefits: ADC Standard Package

Core Responsibilities
  • Patient Advocacy: Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients clearly, transparently, and compassionately.

  • Financial Coordination: Discuss dental fees, coordinate payment/financing options, and answer patient questions respectfully to secure financial commitment.

  • Insurance Verification: Verify and thoroughly understand dental insurance breakdowns to ensure highly accurate treatment planning and estimation.

  • Follow-Up Care: Actively track and follow up on unscheduled treatment plans via daily and weekly tracking protocols.

  • Precise Documentation: Accurately document patient decisions, clinical notes, and financial agreements.

  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with the doctor and the scheduling team to protect practice production goals and maintain an optimal daily workflow.

Qualifications &

Skills Required:
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both over the phone and in person.

  • Financial Confidence: Comfortable discussing out-of-pocket costs and asking patients for treatment commitment respectfully.

  • Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with a strong ability to manage data, track outcomes, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • System-Driven: Ability to follow established practice scripts, workflows, and tracking systems.

Preferred:
  • Prior experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator is strongly preferred.
