The High School Business Teacher role focuses on equipping students with practical life skills and career-ready knowledge. This position may be part‑time or full‑time

• Teach high school courses such as Personal Finance and Life Skills, Principles of Marketing, Business and Entrepreneurship, and Technology and Career Readiness.
• Develop engaging lesson plans, syllabi, classroom activities, and instructional materials.
• Evaluate and grade student assignments, projects, presentations, and assessments.
• Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions that connect business concepts to real‑world applications.
• Encourage critical thinking, leadership, creativity, and problem‑solving skills.
• Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address teaching and research issues.
• Advise students on academic and vocational curricula and career issues.
• Participate in campus and community events, student recruitment, registration, and placement activities.
• Act as adviser to student organizations.
• Collaborate with members of the business community to improve programs, develop new programs, and provide student access to learning opportunities such as internships.
• Serve on academic or administrative committees that deal with institutional policies, departmental matters, and academic issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• Teaching certification preferred; industry professionals with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for mentoring and inspiring young people.
