Pay Range
: $120000-$130000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• The Staff level Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing and developing components, mechanisms, systems and finished products or equipment.
• They can technically lead a small team.
• They demonstrate advanced knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and its application in solving complex mechanical problems.
• They demonstrate advanced understanding of internal and external customer or business needs.
• They work independently and in a team to create designs of multiple components, systems or devices.
• They independently (and in a team) conduct testing and analyze and solve advanced technical problems.
• They apply advanced statistical techniques and utilize design of experiments, have in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in own job family.
• They apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations.
• They usually determine own work priorities and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

• Key Skills; R&D experience, medical device, capital equipment, design and development.
