Laser​/Inspection Process Engineer

Position: LASER/INSPECTION PROCESS ENGINEER

COVINGTON, GA JOB SUMMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up,Manage, operate laser, Inspection process and equipmentbased on understanding ofphysics and optics, electronics engineering.
• Maintain process optimization based on knowledge oftargetmaterials.
• Own engineering projects to execute yield roadmap, device targeting and attain performance target.
• DOE(Design of experiment) and optimize the process condition.
• Participate cross-organizational team of engineers to identify root cause and failure analysis.
• Operate process management based on customer specification.
• Support standardization of recipes and establish SOPs through concrete engineering.
• Perform statistical process control tasks through the use of statistical tools.

• Effective organizational, interpersonal, and strong communication skills are required
• Analytical thinking by data science and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with semiconductor/Substrate integration processes.
• Experience with module processes such aslaser ablation(cutting, dicing), laser deposition, laser drill and mechanical cutting, grinding and metrologypreferred but not required

• Ability to learn and pick up new technologies very quickly
• Ability to work independently, with minimum direction, and a focus on meeting commitments

• Bachelor’s degree in Optic,Optical engineering,Chemistry, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or similar disciplines

• 1-year experiences in Semiconductor, PWB, OSAT&Laser preferred but not required

• $70,000 – $80,000
