Position: BD Quality Engineering Development Program Associate

Program Overview

BD’s Quality Rotational Program offers recent graduates a dynamic opportunity to launch their careers by rotating through three distinct areas of Quality over three years.

  • New Product Development or Sustaining Engineering
  • Manufacturing Quality
  • Post Market Quality or Quality Systems

Each rotation takes place at a different BD site across the United States, allowing associates to gain diverse experiences and build a strong BD network.

Responsibilities

In every rotation, associates take on impactful roles that contribute to the design, development or manufacturing of BD products. They collaborate closely with Quality Engineers and cross‑functional teams including Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs.

Rotational engineers also participate in networking events, career development sessions, and team‑building activities. Upon completion of the program they progress into a full‑time position within one of the BD Quality groups, based on their interests and business needs.

Relocation

The Quality Rotational Program associate is expected to relocate to a new U.S. location for each rotation, experiencing diverse products, processes, and teams. Relocation support will be provided to qualified associates.
