Voice Engineer

Our enterprise-level client is seeking to add a Voice Engineer to the team in Conyers, GA. Please see below for full details-

Job Notes:

6-month contract / extension and perm conversion are possible with good performance.
Onsite in facilities in Conyers, GA, and Covington, GA.
Drug & Background required.

Pay Rate = $50+ w2 per hour plus benefits

Required Qualifications

Senior level of experience
Expertise in protocols
Experience with network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and load balancers.
Proficiency in troubleshooting tools
Certifications such as CCNA Voice or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

Experience with voice platforms
Familiarity with telephony systems
Knowledge of security best practices for voice communications.
Scripting skills for automation.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, especially for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
