• 7+ years of experience, including leading cross‑functional mechanical development efforts.
• Mastery of CAD platforms such as Solid Works and AutoCAD; familiarity with CAD/CAM workflows.
• Strong background in advanced design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven leadership, project management, and communication capabilities.
• Track record of handling multiple concurrent initiatives across the product lifecycle.
• Experience with ISO and ASME standards and regulatory compliance.

• CNC automation and related manufacturing systems.
• 3D modeling and 2D documentation using AutoCAD and Solid Works.
• Industrial controls integration.
• Core CAD tool chains (AutoCAD, Solid Works).
