Photo Process Engineer

Position: PRODUCT TEHCNOLOGY TEAM, Photo ENGINEER

COVINGTON, GA JOB SUMMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Lithography and Photo Resistbasedon the understanding ofphysics andoptics
• Own engineering projects to execute yield roadmap, device targeting andattainperformancetarget
• DOE (Design of experiment) and optimize the Exposure and Photo Resist Condition
• Participate cross-organizational team of engineers toidentifyroot cause and failure analysis
• Operateprocess management based on customerspecification
• Support standardization of recipesandestablishSOPsthrough concreteengineering
• Perform statistical process control tasks through the use ofstatisticaltools

• Bachelor or Master’sdegree in one of the following disciplines:
  
  Optic, Chemistry, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or similar disciplines
• Experience with module processes such asdeposition, lithography, dry etch,plasma drill and thin films andmetrology
• Familiar with semiconductor integration processes
• Effective organizational, interpersonal, andstrongcommunicationskillsarerequired
• Analytical thinking by data science and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• semi-conductor fabrication experience or education is required

• Ability to work independently, with minimum direction, and a focus on meetingcommitments
• Ability to learn and pick upnew technologiesveryquickly
• Highly motivated, driven & hardworking

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields

• 1-year experiences in Semiconductor, PWB, OSAT & Quick Etching preferred but not required

• $70,000 - $80,000
