What You’ll Do
As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while providing compassionate one-on-one care.

Responsibilities
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Light housekeeping and laundry
Medication reminders
Transportation to appointments and errands
Assist with walking and mobility
Monitor changes in client condition and report concerns
Maintain accurate documentation
Follow each client’s individualized care plan

Qualifications
2 years of previous caregiving or personal care experience required
Home care, assisted living, nursing home, hospital, or family caregiving experience is a plus
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable Transportation
Current Automobile Insurance
Eligible to Work in the United States
Ability to Pass Background Check
Ability to Pass Drug Screening
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to Work Independently While Following a Care Plan
