Amedisys is seeking a PRN Days Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Covington, GA. This role focuses on helping patients maintain, restore, and improve movement and function in the patient’s home setting.
Responsibilities include implementing interventions, conducting 30-day reexaminations, adjusting plans as needed, and discharge planning. Licensed PT with CAPTE-accredited education and CPR certification are required.
