Optometric Scribe
Express Employment in Covington, GA is looking for an Optometric Scribe. To assist the doctor while in the exam room by inputting medical findings in patient's chart.
Job Requirements:
- 1 plus years of Optometric experience is preferred.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Be detail-oriented and ensure the accuracy of all documentation & records.
- Able to type at least 60 words per minute (wpm)
- Comfortable with being in exam room with doctor & patients.
- Respect & follow all HIPAA laws by working confidentially and keeping patient's information private.
- Be personable and have a good bedside manner to communicate & interact with patients effectively.
- Available during business office hours on Monday – Friday
Payrate: $16-$18/hr based on experience.
