Radiologic Technologist / CT Tech, Radiography & Medical Imaging
Role: CT Technologist
Responsibilities: Deliver safe, high-quality CT imaging, operate radiographic equipment independently, and ensure diagnostic accuracy while maintaining patient safety and comfort. Tasks include preparing patients, explaining procedures, positioning, administering contrast, reviewing images, and documenting exams accurately in RIS/PACS. Maintain infection control, equipment, and supplies; respond to emergencies; support department workflow; and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, minimum 1 year radiology experience, ARRT certification in Radiography and CT, and BLS certification. Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, patient communication, and ability to work independently are essential.
Key Duties: Perform CT procedures per guidelines, ensure patient safety and comfort, manage equipment and infection control, obtain clinical history, explain procedures, and document accurately. Collaborate effectively within the care team and support department operations.
