Infra Delivery Install Technicians collaborate with cross‑functional teams, troubleshoot complex technical scenarios, and implement strategic solutions that keep our network running seamlessly. The role requires hands‑on technical work that demands creativity, precision, and a passion for innovation.
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure – the data centers, network, servers, storage, power, and cooling equipment that keep customers online. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles.

- All physical requirements are expected with reasonable accommodations.
- Regular lift of up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds.
- Work in a 24/7 environment, participate in primary responder rotations and after‑hours support as needed.
- Operate in cramped, elevated, or noisy environments.
- Bend, lift, stretch, reach, stand and walk for 8+ hours a day.
- Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely.
- Travel to or commute between data center locations as required.
- Temporary work at alternative sites during training or until assigned facility is operational.
- Travel frequency will vary based on business needs and operational status.
- Move and install large enterprise equipment.
- Install fiber and copper cabling and patch between equipment.
- Ensure proper safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation.
- Follow established hardware installation procedures and perform break‑fix activities.
- Use material handling tools and equipment safely.
- Travel within and outside the regional work area; require reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Basic Qualifications- Experience with network hardware: copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, routers.
- 18+ months in data center or critical environment or similar technical roles (computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, data center operations).
- 18+ months experience with network cabling, optic types, and test equipment (VFL, power meter, OTDR, etc.).
- Experience in a data center or other critical environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience in an IT‑related field.
- Certifications in a relevant field (CCENT, Network+, CCNA).
- Behavioral interviewing and hiring experience.
- Availability for flexible schedule including days, nights, and/or weekends.

CompensationThe base salary range for this position is 30.00–54.00 USD hourly in GA (Covington and Lithia Springs). Amazon offers sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
