We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead and execute large-scale commercial electrical projects ranging from $10M–$15M
. This role is responsible for full project lifecycle management, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial electrical construction projects valued between $10M–$15M from award through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, cost controls, and forecasts
  • Oversee scheduling and ensure alignment with master project timelines
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and maintain consistent communication with clients, GCs, and stakeholders
  • Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment
  • Supervise project teams including Assistant PMs, Superintendents, and field staff
  • Track project financial performance including labor productivity and job cost reporting
  • Mitigate risk, resolve issues proactively, and maintain high safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and NEC code requirements
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial electrical projects
  • Proven experience handling projects in the $10M–$15M range
  • Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction processes
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control software
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
